About The Position

Full-time position regularly scheduled 40 hours per week, assisting the Property Manager with the care of residential homes, office, and production facilities. $20.00/hr

Requirements

• At least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
• Basic computer skills required
• Safely lift, move, and transport items weighing up to 75 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company facilities in good repair, including both interior and exterior spaces.
• Perform routine upkeep and maintenance on all company vehicles.
• Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs as needed.
• Carry out general groundskeeping and exterior maintenance duties.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment to ensure proper operating condition.
• Utilize basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff, visitors, or stakeholders.
