About The Position

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of some experience in general maintenance repairs, painting, and basic HVAC and electrical knowledge
Responsibilities
- Perform daily repairs and routine maintenance throughout the community
- Respond promptly to service requests and assist with safety protocols and drills
- Monitor and maintain essential building systems including lighting, plumbing, and equipment
- Keep accurate maintenance records and support inspection processes
- Work efficiently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
