About The Position
This position is primarily custodial, assisting with interior and exterior janitorial needs and ground keeping assignments. Responsibilities include planting, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes. The employee may perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Requirements
- Ability to properly use of cleaning products and equipment
- Capable of following verbal and written instructions
- Ability to read and understand labels and directions
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year of custodial experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the interior and exterior janitorial needs, and ground keeping assignments.
- Assists with the planting, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes etc.
