About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. Requirements

  • Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work the scheduled hours: Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Assist with routine maintenance tasks across the facility, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance
  • Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving equipment or structural issues
  • Perform general cleaning and upkeep of common areas, equipment, and tools
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
