About The Position

Revel Communities is hiring a temporary Maintenance Assistant to help keep a senior living community safe, functional, and well maintained. The assignment is anticipated to run approximately November through January, with its duration depending on business needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with Sunday availability when needed. The role may include rotating support for urgent after-hours issues. There may be opportunities to apply for other roles within the organization as they become available.

The Maintenance Assistant handles routine repairs and safety checks, supports maintenance projects and curb-appeal upkeep, and helps prepare apartments for new residents. The role offers the opportunity to learn alongside experienced maintenance leaders. Prior maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, or property management is preferred.

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort using tools and mobile technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied conditions.
