Requirements
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety focused
- Positive attitude with a willingness to help others
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and general repairs throughout the facility
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Ensure the building and grounds remain safe, clean, and well maintained
- Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from staff and residents
- Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and seasonal or special projects
- Support compliance with safety, health, and facility standards
