About The Position
Heritage Hall is currently recruiting a knowledgeable Maintenance Assistant. The Maintenance Assistant performs maintenance and construction work around the facility. They maintain the grounds, parking lots, and equipment. They perform cleaning tasks as needed in the basement, storage, and utility areas. The Maintenance Assistant paints, plasters, etc. as needed and inspects all equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions
