Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude (1+ year industrial, automotive, farm, or similar experience required)

- Basic troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities
- Help maintain and repair industrial equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical systems
- Support welding and fabrication projects (if experienced)
- Work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly
