Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Excellent observation skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid driver’s license & vehicle with insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check & drug test
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Perform facility repairs including carpentry, roofing, flooring, painting, and plumbing.
- Maintain systems such as air conditioning, electrical, generators, freezers, and fire alarms.
- Maintain golf carts, vehicles, mowers, and facility landscaping.
- Safely operate power tools including electric saws, drills, chainsaws, and Hilti/Ramset guns.
- Strictly follow chemical handling, storage, and preparation guidelines.
