About The Position
At Northwood Ravin, we’re known for creating some of the most distinctive luxury apartment communities in the Southeast. That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents see—it’s embedded in how we operate every day. We’re looking for a Maintenance Apprentice who takes pride in keeping a community clean and well-maintained while building the skills to grow into a Maintenance Technician role. In this position, you will support the overall upkeep of the community, with a focus on grounds, cleanliness, and basic maintenance, while gaining hands-on experience across property operations.
Requirements
- High School Degree or Equivalent
- Successfully pass a drug test
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Technically savvy
- Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook

Responsibilities
- Maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities to a consistent, high standard
- Managing trash operations, including dumpster areas and bulk item coordination
- Assisting the maintenance team with minor repairs and upkeep of community features
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns proactively
- Supporting overall property presentation to ensure a clean, well-run environment
