About The Position

The Maintenance & Operations Technician is responsible for supporting facility maintenance, EHS activities, forklift operations, and production requirements, as needed, to ensure safe and efficient site operations. Requirements

  • Must be able to follow verbal and written procedures and instructions relating to safety, quality, and production.
  • PPE is required - safety toe shoes or boots (safety glasses and ear plugs will be provided).
  • Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work environment including work area and equipment.
  • Must be able to stand in one area for extended periods of time, performing repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to perform basic match skills
  • Read, write, and comprehend English
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to work scheduled shift based on production needs determined by the site leader

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on facility and production equipment.
  • Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, inspections, and housekeeping activities.
  • Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, totes, and pallets throughout the facility.
  • Load and unload trucks and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.
  • Restock production materials and maintain warehouse organization.
  • Perform production operator duties, including filling bags, as needed to support customer demand and staffing requirements.
  • Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work environment.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Site Leader.
