About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance & Operations Technician to support the maintenance and ongoing operation of our newly remodeled Corporate Campus in Clayton, MO. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting issues, and contributing directly to the functionality and appearance of a professional campus environment. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the daily operation of our premier corporate headquarters, helping create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. From preventive maintenance and facility repairs to campus improvement projects, no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to apply a broad range of skills across trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, grounds maintenance, and more, while managing work through our computerized maintenance management system. As part of our Facilities team, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a world-class workplace.

Requirements

  • Must have a HS Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • Must have 2+ years of commercial office building maintenance experience (including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, groundskeeping, pressure washing, and custodial experience)
  • Must be able to lift up to 80lbs
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI/DWI)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant maintenance or related certification from an accredited trade school

Responsibilities

  • Complete day-to-day maintenance work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and special projects as assigned
  • Perform maintenance and repairs in a variety of areas, including: Light plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Basic electrical work, Furniture moves and setup, Grounds maintenance, Snow removal and salt distribution
  • Ensure all repairs and preventive maintenance activities are completed according to work order specifications and quality standards
  • Accurately document completed work through the computerized work order management system
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Support campus operations and assist with additional assignments as directed by leadership
