We are seeking a Maintenance and Material Control Coordinator Energy, to join our team in Oak Ridge, TN. Your role Stops work without fear of reprisal for unsafe conditions potentially affecting personnel safety or environmental risk. Assists with the overall recommended spares and routine spares programs, including development. Assists with receiving and storing equipment, materials, and consumables. Assists in organizing and inventory of Consumables, Spares, and Quality Items both on-site and at the off-site warehouse. Assists in maintaining the Maintenance and Test Equipment (M&TE) program. Assists with preparing Maintenance EPR’s. Assists with receiving shipments of procured items at the off-site warehouse and at Building 3137 from UT-B Central Receiving. Coordinates with Procurement to ensure receipt information is maintained. Coordinates with Quality Assurance (QA) to schedule receipt inspections. Interfaces with Operations and Maintenance to understand material needs and timelines; updates List-30 as required. Assists with the storage of materials and equipment ensuring compliance with their quality level requirements. Maintains records on items ordered, received, and issued for use. Completes assigned tasks and projects to achieve established goals within time and resource restrictions, providing in-process feedback on opportunities for improvement. Supports work in compliance with DOE Order 433.1B, Maintenance Management Program for DOE Nuclear Facilities . Supports the execution of Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) guiding principles and core functions and the Isotek Safety Culture. Performs other duties as assigned.
