Maintenance and Housekeeping Supervisor
About The Position
This role is responsible for making a difference in the lives of patients by providing care and compassion. The supervisor will act as a positive teammate, helping to onboard new employees. A key responsibility is to create a safe and attractive living environment by planning and organizing maintenance services. The role involves developing facility-specific preventative maintenance schedules for resident rooms and common areas. Additionally, the supervisor will be pivotal in hiring, training, and ensuring the retention of qualified staff to maintain a hazard-free, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and others.
Requirements
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One-year experience in an institutional maintenance department.
- Supervisory or management experience required.
Responsibilities
