Requirements

Degree required in a technical field and 1 - 3 years of project planning experience.
Demonstrated knowledge/Experience of successful project management.
Computer aided design experience (CAD and or SolidWorks)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, email communications, and presentations effectively.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Electrical/mechanical aptitude preferred.
Industrial Millwright 433A or Electrical License (309A or 442) preferred.
Strong knowledge of OEE metrics, downtime analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA) for improving equipment performance.
Familiarity with health and safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and high-voltage safety standards.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Project management and capital project experience preferred.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
