About The Position

R&R Solutions is looking for a reliable Maintenance and Concrete Technician to join our team in Mooresboro. This role focuses on general building maintenance with a specific emphasis on concrete placement and grounds care. We are looking for a motivated individual with a solid foundation in concrete work who enjoys a variety of tasks and takes pride in keeping a facility running smoothly.

Requirements

Previous hands-on experience in concrete work (forming, pouring, or finishing) is required.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work comfortably in standing, kneeling, or stooping positions.
Must have a Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
Proficient with common power tools and general maintenance equipment.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Standard full-time schedule, with the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed for specific projects.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

Ability to operate a forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform site preparation, build and set forms, and lay rebar or reinforcement.
Mix, pour, and finish concrete for various structures including floors, ramps, sidewalks, and patios.
Complete routine building repairs and groundskeeping tasks to maintain a high-quality facility environment.
Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure a safe workspace for everyone.
Safely use various hardware tools, power equipment, and machinery (forklift) to complete assigned projects.
