The Maintenance Analyst Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). This position works closely with maintenance, operations, engineering, and warehouse staff to optimize work execution, improve asset reliability, manage maintenance data, and support continuous improvement initiatives. A successful Maintenance Analyst Planner understands preventive, predictive, corrective, and reactive maintenance practices and can effectively prioritize work based on risk, operational impact, and available resources. They collaborate closely with operations, maintenance staff, engineering, and procurement personnel to ensure work is properly scoped, planned, scheduled, and documented. Most importantly, they use data and performance metrics to identify trends, improve asset reliability, optimize maintenance strategies, and support informed decision-making across the organization.
