About The Position
The Maintainer is responsible for supporting daily bingo hall operations by preparing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic bingo devices. This role includes loading handsets, running reports, processing voided units, documenting and reporting equipment issues, and ensuring all devices are clean, charged, and functioning properly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing excellent operational support while complying with Missouri regulations regarding financial transactions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of computer and electronics required.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Employee will be trained on the bingo industry.
Responsibilities
- Load electronic handsets for Bingo organization.
- Run requested reports for organization chairpersons.
- Process any/all voided units.
- Email electronic issues to main office for processing.
- Report malfunctioning units to supervisor for shipment and replacement assistance.
- Confirm the devices are working properly, clean, charged and ready to use.
