About The Position

Mainstage Actor position involves entertaining guests through engaging performances, maintaining character integrity, and learning/reciting scripts. Additionally, it demands providing outstanding service to guests, communicating effectively, and remaining on feet for extended periods while managing objects up to 10 pounds. The actor will provide theatrical entertainment, promote a fun and comfortable atmosphere, and engage audiences. Practices are essential to maintain and improve skills, and performances can be solo or with other actors. The role also includes reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, completing safety training, following company policies, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, welcoming guests, anticipating needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with appreciation. Clear and professional communication, positive working relationships, and compliance with quality assurance standards are also key. The role involves walking for extended periods and moving/lifting objects up to 25 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties may be requested.

Requirements
