About The Position

Courtesy Kia of Mesa is looking for an experienced Mainline Technician to join their high-volume service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking for consistent work, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to grow with a respected dealership. The position offers the potential to earn up to $150,000 per year with performance-based compensation and a consistent workflow in a busy service department.

Requirements

• Kia or Hyundai dealership technician experience required
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Own professional technician tools
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Kia or Hyundai manufacturer certifications preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Kia and Hyundai vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs
• Complete maintenance services according to manufacturer standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed repairs
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
