About The Position

Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking experienced GM Mainline Technicians to join their growing service team. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of GM dealership technician experience required
ASE Certifications required
Experience performing warranty and customer-pay repairs
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Current GM Certifications preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

Responsibilities

Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to repair orders and GM factory standards
Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivetrain systems
Utilize GM diagnostic equipment and special service tools
Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
Accurately document inspection findings and repair recommendations
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times
Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
