Requirements
- 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat rate or high-volume environment
- Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Certifications (ASE or manufacturer specific) are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicle systems
- Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Complete work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards
- Perform services including brakes, suspension, steering, drivetrain, and electrical repairs
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and dealership guidelines
- Document work performed and recommended repairs clearly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Stay up to date on evolving automotive technology and repair techniques
