Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in mainframe environments
• Expertise in Mainframe COBOL, DB2, and JCL
• Strong knowledge of job scheduling and automation (CA-7)
• Proven ability to deliver across the full software development lifecycle
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting credit or rewards-based business applications
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in an agile team to design, develop, and maintain Product and Rewards applications
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and team meetings
• Stand up new Rewards job streams for future business needs
• Write, test, and integrate mainframe code for complex business processes
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving requirements
• Use JCL, Job Streams, and CA-7 for workflow management and automation
