Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6–10 years of relevant infrastructure or systems engineering experience
• Direct hands-on mainframe experience is required
• Strong experience in mainframe infrastructure, system programming, or mainframe application development
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of diverse IT experience preferred
• Financial services experience is a plus
• z/OS, PARMLIB, UNIX System Services, HCD
• SMP/E and maintenance routines
• JCL, IPL processes, ISPF/TSO
• ITSM / ITIL practices including Release and Change Management

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
• Install and support IBM operating systems and ISV software.
• Build and sustain enterprise mainframe platforms.
