Requirements

• 4-6 Years experience in Mainframe technologies (FSE).
• 5 years of experience with JCL, COBOL.
• 5 years of experience with DB2, SQL.
• 5-7 years of experience with CICS, API.
• 3 Years of experience in REXX.
• 2 years experience with BI Tools (Tableau) or Power BI.
• Strong experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirements.
• Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles.
• Knowledge of Airflow and TWSd batch jobs is required.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Python.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with Rally/Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Solid understanding of software engineering processes: Design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile and dev-ops.
• Analyze business requirements to develop database solutions for Health Care and Reporting systems.
• Provide support for Service Availability, Stability & application performance.
• Resolve production issues by code debugging, analyze logs, perform reverse engineering to find the root cause and suggest permanent fix within SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours/weekends.
• Manage code migration through the various stages for the release.
• Flexible working in different shifts and ability to take the on-call responsibility in rotation.
