Experienced Mainframe professional responsible for leading onsite client engagements, driving application development and support activities, and coordinating with offshore teams. Provides technical leadership in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and related technologies while ensuring high-quality delivery, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction. Acts as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, supporting project execution, production stability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
