The Main Bank Clerk is responsible for recording all transactions distributed for the casino, preparing daily paperwork, and ensuring the safekeeping of all cash in the Main Bank. This role involves calculating daily bank deposits, maintaining and reconciling main bank accountability, and reviewing cage cashier discrepancies. The clerk will also prepare daily cash receipts and disbursements, verify cash turned in by operating departments, and maintain an adequate amount of currency and gaming chips for daily operations and promotional events. Adherence to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, including Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), is required.
