About The Position
The team member in this position is responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges of funds.
Responsibilities
- Must keep cash drawer balanced and secured when not in use.
- Issue player cards for new and existing accounts and issue any benefits and marketing related perks from those player card accounts.
- Encourage guests to sign up for the Caesars Rewards Visa card.
- Assist and/or maintain the balance of the NRT kiosks, ATM’s and JDU (Jackpot Dispensing Units). Preparing and receiving funds to/from the frontline team members. Receive or disburse funds to Caesars Sportsbook.
- Process No ID Jackpots as necessary from the main bank.
- Prepare bank deposits as needed and receiving funds from bank.
- Assist the CRC Leadership team in ensuring that straps/bundles of currency in the main bank are rotated/re-strapped as needed.
- Verify drops from slots, table games and other outlets as needed.
- Plans, organizes and completes work timely
- Takes initiatives, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
- Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
