About The Position

Under the supervision of the Cage Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the controlling and accounting transactions for the main bank. Other duties as assigned by management. Main Bank Cashiers provides excellent customer service to employees and vendors in all situations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations. The Main Bank Cashiers may perform the duties of a Cage Cashier based on business volumes and needs. During any shift that a Main Bank Cashier will be used to perform as a Cage Cashier they will not also work as a Main Bank Cashier at any time during that shift.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing steps and sitting.
• Must be able to work in a loud and noisy environment.
• Access to general gaming floor.
• Access to sensitive keys including: Cage toke box key, Main Bank cabinet padlock key, Cage padlock keys, kiosk cabinet and cart key, kiosk top key, kiosk floor cash box to chassis key, kiosk cash box key, kiosk floor main door key, kiosk floor secondary main door key, ATM keys, jackpot station t-bar key, jackpot station cash box key, jackpot station main door key, jackpot station BVA, Cage money bag keys, Cage white jackpot slip box in JXC, Western Money secondary main door key, Poker Room Cage door key, and vending machine keys.
