Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Mailroom experience
- Ten Key experience
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Background check and Drug Screening
Responsibilities
- Receive and sort trays of incoming mail, weighing up to 40 lbs each
- Sort, load, and scan documents using the OPEX mail extractor machine
- Scan contents of envelopes based on established procedures and rulesets
- Assess workload to maintain steady production flow
- QA documents when scanning is completed
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and production protocols
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal documentation requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
