This position is accountable for the daily operations of a solo-person site, performing contracted office services. These services include, but are not limited to: Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail services. The role involves operating office equipment such as PCs, Copiers, Multifunction Devices, and Imaging & Mail Equipment. Responsibilities may extend to Courier Services, Reception Services, Switchboard Operations, Shipping & Receiving, and the delivery and processing of mail. The Associate will have formal, daily contact with the customer and is responsible for the effective implementation and management of RICOH Service Excellence Programs. A key aspect of the role is understanding how to operate the required equipment/software efficiently to achieve service level agreements and achieving profitability by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies. Additional duties may include maintaining daily routine functions like creating/completing work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, reporting facility-related issues, and supporting as required. Interaction with contracted vendors, facility management, and occupants may also be part of the role. The Associate may be responsible for office-supply inventory re-ordering and conference room coordination, including A/V equipment resource management. Maintaining positive internal working relationships through professional communication and collecting/providing data to leadership and customers are also essential. Completing monthly reports to customers with leadership support and ensuring financial responsibilities are met are part of the role. Other duties may be assigned.
