This position is accountable for the daily operations of a solo-person site, performing contracted office services. These services include, but are not limited to, copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, and mail services. The role involves direct customer contact and the implementation of RICOH Service Excellence Programs. The associate must understand how to operate required equipment and software efficiently to meet service level agreements and achieve profitability by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies. Responsibilities may also include maintaining daily routine functions, creating/completing work orders, monitoring contractors, conducting inspections, reporting facility issues, interacting with vendors, facility management, and occupants, re-ordering office supplies, and managing conference room coordination and A/V equipment. The role requires maintaining positive internal working relationships, collecting and providing data to leadership and customers, and ensuring financial responsibilities are met. Other duties as assigned.
