About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Mailroom Postage Clerk to join our operations team. This role is responsible for running letters through postage machines and then putting the letters in trays and loading them into the APC's. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and capable of performing physical tasks and basic equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds routinely.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Comfortable with piece-rate compensation structure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.

Responsibilities

• Running 15,000-17,000 letters through postage machines per day.
• Putting letters in trays and sleeves and loading them into APC's.
• Scanning headers for every batch of letters to keep track of piece rate.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures.
