As a Mailroom/Facilities Associate, you will handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, copy requests and deliver mail to the local post office. Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Valid NJ driver’s license
Ability to operate various size trucks and forklift (training will be provided)
The ability to operate copy and mail handling machines including the related software that accompanies them
Ability to multi-task
lift/carry packages weighing up to 70 pounds
background checks and drug screens are performed

Responsibilities

Process payment and handle invoicing, including syncing data from FedEx, UPS, and USPS
Manage PO Box payments and related administrative tasks
Communicate with vendors regarding machine maintenance and repair
Utilize computer systems for tracking, reporting, and data entry, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Sort all incoming mail into appropriate mail slots
Organize and scan packages received from UPS, Fed Ex and DSI using Arrival software
Organize and post all outgoing mail using Pitney Bowes Postage Machine and Accent software
Deliver mail to all departments at scheduled times
Handle copy requests from various departments
Assist the facilities crew when needed (i.e. snowplowing, furniture moving, etc.); requires working and driving outside in all types of weather
