About The Position

We are hiring a detail-oriented Mailroom Document Processor to support a fast-paced financial services team. This role is an in-person, onsite role that requires strong accuracy, time management, multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day. Requirements

  • Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check that includes a credit check and fingerprint scan.
  • Must be able to pass a required Drug Screening.
  • Must be able to pass typing test 25 wpm or more.
  • Strong attention to detail is required for this role.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft programs such as OUTLOOK and TEAMS.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting, prepping, and scanning of up to two thousand (2000) insurance claims and documentation that come into our mailroom daily.
  • Provide data entry for said documents into our clients’ system log for most or all your scheduled workday.
  • Perform repetitive duties in a high-speed environment such as removing staples, rubber bands, repairing torn documents or copying document types and inserting the appropriate patch sheets to separate the claims.
  • Placing claims into bins, which is based on the sorting rules and policies.
  • Processing and logging up to seven hundred (700) checks daily into our clients’ system.
  • Ability to read and follow directions thoroughly as outlined by our clients’ requirements and requests.
  • Periodically lift boxes up to 20lbs and/or move with use of carts or pallet jacks if needed.
