Process and handle all incoming and outgoing mail, including overnight packages, ensuring proper routing and within established time limits. Must maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information. Process incoming checks for Accounts Payable Department. Sort out unsolicited mail and make appropriate contacts to discontinue mailings. Maintain appearance of mailroom. Deliver incoming mail to each department, person, or pre-established drop area.
