Job Summary: The Mail and Supply Distribution Clerk is responsible for receiving and distributing incoming mail and processing of outgoing mail and performs general physical activities in order to distribute and deliver incoming and outgoing supplies and packages to individual departments within CancerCare Manitoba (CCMB). Primary responsibilities will include but not limited to: Providing central mail processing and distribution services for all department within CCMB Loading, unloading, sorting and moving shipments by hand or using material handling equipment. Verifying, accepting, counting, logging, and distributing all incoming and outgoing goods and packages adhering to all safety and health regulations and safe work practices. The incumbent is required to participate in the accomplishment of organizational goals and departmental objectives as established by the department. This position requires maintaining patient confidentiality/privacy at all times according to CCMB policy and must follow information and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
