About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Mail Services Team Lead to join their team at Graham NC. This role is responsible for overseeing production operations, managing inventory, guiding courier drivers, and ensuring quality control of printed materials. The position involves documentation, reporting, and coordinating with management to meet production deadlines. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in production operations and machine operator
  • 1 year of experience as a team or shift leader
  • Valid NC Drivers License

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production operations at the direction of management.
  • Field email correspondence and assist with distribution of supplies for remote workforce.
  • Create, maintain and communicate SOP (standards of procedure) documentation and training of team members when new procedures are implemented.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order weekly production and office supplies.
  • Receive and unload supplies from inbound trucks and organize inventory.
  • Guide mailroom courier drivers to pick up and deliver routes to post office and local branches.
  • Bring supplies from warehouse to floor to accommodate daily production.
  • Document production volume data for daily, weekly and monthly spreadsheet reporting.
  • Work with management and department leaders to adjust staffing as needed to accommodate production deadlines.
  • Organize weekly staff meetings and trainings and backfilling for communication to management.
  • Responsible for maintaining daily spreadsheet totals for invoices and emailing to various customer support within the organization.
  • Conduct quality checks on printed materials and inserted materials to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and quality control activities and report any defects or issues to management.
  • Review production orders and set up and configure machinery according to job specifications.
