The Site Lead is responsible for overseeing on-site operations; productivity, and quality standards are met. This role acts as the primary point of contact at the site, coordinating staff, resources, and communication between teams and upper management. Please note that the position is for a Team Lead to oversee day to day operations in the following locations: 7105 Corporate Dr, Plano, TX, as well as 16001 Dallas Parkway, Addison, TX (approx 15 min drive).

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in a Mail Room or experience at FedEx / UPS / Post Office
  • Experience in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
  • Ability to lead others
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple mail service locations. Time will be spent in both locations.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, business guidelines, and safety and security procedures.
  • Oversee the receipt, sorting, and accurate distribution of incoming mail to appropriate recipients and departments.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of mail activity, shipments, and deliveries.
  • Perform precise data entry to support tracking and reporting requirements.
  • Provide direct supervision, guidance, and direction to mail services staff.
  • Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to team members.
  • Offer constructive feedback, performance recognition, and support for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure client satisfaction and strong working relationships.
  • Vehicle Maintenance Tracking
  • Inspection of deliveries for suspicious items
  • Enter daily data for reporting (logs, maintain records, EOM volume reporting)
  • Miscellaneous Other duties, as assigned.
