This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am – 3:30 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and weekends based on business need. We offer weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 7:00 am to 3:30 pm CST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted onsite. Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • Basic experience with computer and Windows personal computer applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including frequent lifting, carrying, walking, standing, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to work onsite at 115 W Wausau Ave, Wausau, WI 54401

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of incoming mail by sorting, opening, reviewing, scanning, and ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate business units.
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail by calculating, applying, and verifying postage for accurate and efficient distribution.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of postage usage, registered mail, and package tracking to support operational accuracy.
  • Take on a variety of responsibilities within the mail clerk role, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
