Mail Insert Operator
About The Position
InfoSend has been providing print, mail, and digital communication services for 30 years, helping organizations communicate important documents like bills and statements. The Mail Insert Operator will join the Production team, learning to operate high-speed mailing equipment, prepare mailings, and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness. The company is willing to train individuals who are dependable, eager to learn, and committed to quality work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate high-speed Bell and Howell and Pitney Bowes inserting equipment
- Prepare customer mail projects for insertion and fulfillment
- Follow job instructions to ensure correct materials, counts, and setup
- Perform quality checks throughout production
- Sort, tray, and prepare completed mail according to USPS requirements
- Monitor equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Assist with other production activities and cross-training as needed
