Mail/Fulfillment Inventory Clerk- Day Shift
About The Position
This role is responsible for ensuring the processing of orders, stocking inventory, receiving and timely picking, packing and shipping of customer orders as required and according to company policy. The clerk will utilize CSG tracking software to complete the mailing process, manage daily production assignments, and address production and shipping issues in a timely manner. Key duties include gaining an understanding of inventory of supplies, ordering and tracking equipment inventory, and prioritizing work on queue to ensure maximum output meets contractual standards. The position also involves operating warehouse production equipment, including a pallet jack and forklift, and processing billing statements, computer letters, and past-due notices to customer satisfaction while meeting quality and departmental standards.
Requirements
- Dependable and open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule of 6 AM - 6 PM, including some weekends and holidays
- Ability to use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel
- Ability to stand/walk for 95% of the shift
- Able to bend, stoop, and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Willingness to become pallet jack and forklift certified
- Proficient in English in a business environment
