Reporting to Materials Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics, the Order Fulfillment Clerk will support our Supply Chain & Logistics team. The ideal candidate plays a critical role in supporting daily order fulfillment operations to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This position supports coordination between Operations, Shipping, Planning, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to help maintain smooth order flow and operational continuity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy in data entry and order processing, and a proactive approach to problem solving and customer support. This is an onsite role in our OTT facility in Fort Collins, CO. SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, Day Shift. Overtime or Weekends may be required. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.

  • Experience working with ERP systems, inventory systems, or order management platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and timely within ERP and operational systems
  • Coordinate order flow and communicate status updates with Operations, Shipping, Customer Service, and Planning teams
  • Support shipping and fulfillment activities to ensure on-time delivery performance
  • Review order details, inventory availability, and shipment documentation for accuracy
  • Monitor open orders, backlog, and fulfillment priorities while escalating issues as needed
  • Assist with inventory tracking, material coordination, and order-related reporting activities
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order fulfillment and shipping activities
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking, and fulfillment timelines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements
  • Participate in daily operational meetings and assist with follow-up actions as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the fulfillment and operations teams as needed
