Employees will be scheduled on an as needed basis with flexible scheduling and shifts available based on organizational needs and employee availability. PRN requires at least one shift per month to maintain employment status.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 lbs.
Must possess visual and auditory acuity in order to communicate with physicians, co-workers, and other customer groups.

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver mail and documents between offices
Ensure all deliveries are accurately completed and on schedule
Maintain records of deliveries, including recipient signatures and delivery times as needed
Handle sensitive or confidential materials with discretion
Operate vehicles or personal transportation in accordance with traffic laws and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding route changes or delivery issues
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
All other duties as assigned
