About The Position

TNStumpff Enterprises, LLC, a Contract Delivery Service for the United States Postal Service, is seeking applicants to deliver mail on a Contract Delivery Service (CDS) mail route in the Hazard, KY area. This role involves sorting, loading, and delivering mail and parcels along an assigned route, as well as performing other administrative duties. Applicants must meet specific age, residency, and vehicle requirements.

Requirements

• At least 19 years of age
• Valid Kentucky driver's license
• Able to lift 70 lbs
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
• Must reside in the Hazard, KY area
• Must provide own vehicle meeting postal regulations and driving requirements
• Vehicle must provide 120 cubic feet of usable load space (Mini-Van, SUV, Truck with Camper Shell)
• $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $600,000 (CSL) of liability insurance for contract vehicle
• Responsible for all vehicle maintenance, fuel, and insurance costs
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must have a criminal background history that meets USPS standards

Responsibilities

• Sorting mail in delivery sequence for 470 active boxes
• Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into delivery vehicle
• Delivering mail along an assigned 114-mile line-of-travel
• Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items
• Other administrative duties
