As a Mail Associate, you support our client by receiving and processing physical mail in a secure, highly process-driven environment. This role focuses on accuracy, confidentiality, and individual contribution, while working as part of a mid-sized, friendly team. The work is structured and predictable, with a moderate pace and opportunities to learn multiple roles through cross-training. Accuracy, organization, and confidentiality are critical in this role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a mail room or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming mail deliveries
• Sort and count mail pieces
• Shred materials per process requirements
• Lift trays and boxes of mail
• Open mail using a slicer machine
• Prep documents for scanning
• Operate and monitor scanner equipment
• Use computer software to track and release completed files
• Review scanned documents for quality control
• Perform some manual data entry
