About The Position

The Waterford on Cooper, a premier retirement community in Arlington, Texas, provides quality care to residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Magnolia Trails Director is responsible for developing and implementing a monthly programming calendar, training new staff, ensuring a safe environment, communicating with family members, and conducting tours for prospective residents.

Requirements

Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
College credits required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.
Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
