About The Position
The Magnet Program Manager assists the CNO in the oversight, direction, and management of the Magnet program for assigned facility or facilities. The manager coordinates the Magnet application, designation, and re-designation process and the activities needed to attain and maintain Magnet status. The role also facilitates and oversees preparation of documentation, policies, research, and informational sessions related to obtaining Magnet designation.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Doctoral preparation.
- A minimum of five years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
