Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
- Maintains current expert knowledge of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program® requirements.
- Excellent computer skills are required including proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access).
- Demonstrates experience in managing complex projects.
- Detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with exceptional professional work ethics.
Nice To Haves
- Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assumes organization-wide responsibility for leading and coordinating activities related to the hospital’s journey to obtain and maintain Magnet designation.
- Acts as a resource and liaison between the Chief Nursing Officer and others to assess and facilitate organizational readiness.
