About The Position

This role is responsible for accurately picking magazines using a perfect-pick system and preparing them for shipment. The position requires adherence to production and accuracy standards, as well as all safety protocols and company policies. The employee will report to a numbered pick station and will be responsible for placing magazines in shipping containers, carrying them to the next assigned container, using safety cutters to access inventory, restocking the pick line, and maintaining a clean and organized pick zone. The role may also involve working in other departments and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 6 months general warehouse experience preferred.
• May require handling of sophisticate magazines and other sensitive products as part of standard business operations.

Responsibilities

• Report to work in numbered pick station, as assigned.
• Accurately pick magazines, per perfect-pick system/station indicator lights.
• Place magazines in shipping container, according to numbered shipping label.
• Carry (walk) magazines to next assigned shipping container, as required.
• Use retractable safety cutters to cut bundles to access loose magazine inventory.
• Restock pick line, as assigned.
• Keep assigned pick zone clean and organized.
• Work in other departments, as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Meet or exceed company production/accuracy standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
